Reduce stress and fatigue across your teams

A wellbeing partner for companies in Luxembourg and the Greater Region. Workshops and programmes that act on concrete physiological levers — sleep, recovery, energy, mental load — rather than purely psychological tools.

Languages: trainings and workshops are delivered in French, German, English and Luxembourgish. The language must be agreed in advance — for companies and individuals alike.

The context in Luxembourg

Our mission

We help companies reduce stress, mental overload and fatigue among their staff, particularly managers aged 40 and over, who are often more exposed to these pressures. We give them concrete tools to recover better, ease the pressure and protect their energy day to day. Our trainings and workshops draw on complementary approaches from naturopathy, functional movement, deep relaxation and sound — easy to weave into professional life.

Our objectives

A different approach to wellbeing, going beyond purely psychological or behavioural models. It focuses on concrete levers everyone can activate daily: lifestyle, energy, recovery and mindset. It aims to reduce stress, fatigue and absenteeism, improve recovery and sleep quality, prevent mental overload and burnout, and foster lasting balance.

Frequently asked questions

How is this approach different from classic trainings?

The approach does not rely solely on psychological or managerial tools. It is grounded in a physiological understanding of stress, fatigue and the body’s imbalances. Participants learn to act on what they can truly master every day to regain a lasting balance between body and mind: their breath, their energy, their lifestyle and their recovery.

What concrete effects can be observed after a training?

Participants quickly notice better regulation of their energy and a reduction in physical and mental tension. They sleep better, recover more easily and develop emotional stability that supports clarity, cooperation and performance. Teams become more autonomous, focused and engaged, and the working climate is lastingly calmer.

How does this help companies?

The approach supports the prevention of stress and fatigue and fosters cohesion and lasting motivation among staff. It helps reduce absenteeism, improve quality of working life and nurture a caring, responsible company culture, while strengthening collective performance.

Is this therapeutic or medical care?

No. The trainings and workshops are part of a naturopathic and nutritherapeutic approach focused on prevention and autonomy. They do not replace medical care, do not provide a diagnosis and do not offer any treatment. If a symptom persists, or if you are undergoing treatment, please speak to a healthcare professional.
